Critical Issues Forums

The first Critical Issues Forum of the Year was held April 20 and focused on “Arts Education and the Innovation Workforce.” Here, Georgia Council for the Arts Executive Direct Karen Paty adds some thoughts in answer to a question raised during the audience Q/A period. The second Forum - Closing Georgia's Talent Gap - was held August 16. The next Forum is planned November 9.

What are Critical Issues Forums?

The Georgia Partnership conducts Forums three times a year that offer interesting discussion on topical education subjects.  They are free and open to the public and offer guest speakers, panel discussions and an opportunity for audience questions/answers. The 2017 Forums have been completed.  Check back here for details for the first event of 2018 which will be conducted in the spring.
